Authorities said the parents of the Instagram & Only Fans model and Clenney herself had illegally accessed a laptop that they claim belonged to Clenney's boyfriend, Christian Obumseli, after the 27-year-old Obumseli was stabbed to death in the couple's Edgewater condo in April 2022.

But Circuit Judge Laura Shearon Cruz ruled the Attorney’s Office violated attorney-client privilege when police investigators confiscated texts messages between the parents and their daughter and her attorneys.

A hearing was held for 28-year-old Courtney Clenney, who's facing a second-degree murder charge in the April 2022 stabbing death of her boyfriend, 27-year-old Christian Obumseli.

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said the couple had an "extremely tempestuous and combative relationship" and that Obumseli was the victim of domestic violence, while Clenney's attorneys have said she stabbed him in self-defense.

Prosecutors discovered that Clenney and her parents had discussed how to break into alleged murder victim Christian Obumsel's laptop but it seems there was no evidence that they had done so, and the emails and texts were privileged.

Well I saw this 20 year old girl on TikTok about a week ago, who was an extremely overweight stripper/hooker talking about why should she "work a forty hour week to make in a month what she makes in one night."
