No charges have been dropped or dismissed against Andrew and Tristan Tate in Romania. The Court Ordered the Indictment to be Amended (Not Dropped) The judges ruled that parts of the prosecution's paperwork were flawed and that certain evidence was inadmissible. They ordered prosecutors to either correct the paperwork or temporarily withdraw it to fix the issues.
He was never "found innocent," Some parts of the prosecutions arguments in Romanian were pushed back on because of technicalities and mistaken paperwork. That doesn't make them " proven innocent," by a long stretch.

They are not to be expected. I know a pimp who has never been accused let alone arrested of hurting his girls at any time ever. Andrew has an admitted non consent choking fetish. It isn't OK.
