🧠 About Zemra:
Zemra is a well-known Remote Access Trojan (RAT) that surfaced around 2012 in underground markets and dark web forums. It was sold as a crimeware toolkit, allowing attackers full remote control over infected machines — now available here for educational and research purposes only.

This RAT is a snapshot of early 2010s malware design — compact, efficient, and devastatingly effective.

⚙️ Technical Features:
  • Full remote control of infected system

  • Password stealing from Chrome, Firefox, IE

  • Built-in keylogger

  • Remote shell access

  • File downloader & executor

  • Webcam & mic spying (in advanced versions)

  • Reverse proxy and port forwarding support

📡 C2 Communication:
  • Simple TCP communication with C2 server

  • Lightweight obfuscation for AV evasion

  • Dynamic DNS support to mask C2 IP

🧪 Reverse Engineering Insights:
  • Written in C++, packed using UPX

  • Win32 API calls: CreateProcess, WriteFile, InternetOpenUrl

  • No modular architecture but easy-to-follow code

  • Quickly flagged by AV vendors (Symantec, Kaspersky, TrendMicro)

📥 Distribution Methods:
  • Malicious email attachments (phishing)

  • Exploit kits on infected websites

  • Bundled with pirated software

  • Lateral movement via SMB exploits

100 Bytes is not a free download, change the title please.

Adding this to my malware collection which I will soon release. Thanks but as the above post stated, the title is misleading and needs to change since it costs 100 bytes
Does it have hVNC ?
