Companies now want to make a credit score of you as an empoyee

Yes, so now this dude is making a website and an app for companies to use to see if you're a good fit to the company.

So, the idea behind this is to get rid of resumes since companies know you can lie on them. now, they want to make a credit score.
If you know this for banks and financial institutions there's companies that collect your financial info and rate you based on risk of default on loans.

Now, They want to do this for employees. So, now in theory they don't want you to be able to lie. Now, companies when you leave a job you have to ask your boss to give a review and score you on your performance . Pretty much they will rate you and you and provide the info like when you got hired and when you left and if you gave a 2 week notice etc. There will be no longer being asked for resumes or references. Now, you have to make an account with this website and downloads the app and have your previous employers make an account and then post ratings about you.

The goal here is to make it a lot harder for you to lie and business to business they can let them know how good or bad of an employee you have been for them.

Here's a video talking about it:

What are your thoughts on this?

I personally think it's stupid and it will make getting a job even harder than it already has been.
Not gonna matter too much when AI will likely be replacing most jobs and AI is likely going to also be in charge of hiring.

These types of Social Scores have been a topic of discussion for a while.

Recruiters are already using AI to do interviews online.

The funny part is one day an AI is going to hire AI for a job.

If that is the case then how will people make money? Do we all need to write our own AI?

😥 the future sounds depressing.

WEF dream is that you own nothing and be happy. Also their dream, a global population reduced to 500m people.

Depopulate the planet. Make sure 99% of those who survive are slaves. Run the world with AI and Robots.

People are a problem. We are difficult to manage because we expect freedom and the ruling class isn't happy.
I disagree with this. Companies don't want this. It's already hard enough to get references (which are already a thing) to respond. No one will make you make your former employers review your performance.

I remember a story of a manager or someone in hiring who stated that her company would provide dates of employment and nothing else for background checks (which also are already a thing). Companies don't want to be badmouthing ex-employees and have that liability.

Also, how would employers be authenticated?

yeah well that sounds even worse, but its true sadly ;( its a good thing i am hopefully not around anymore when that happens but a sad thing my future kids might be
The risk of not taking risk is riskier than comfort.

Never Deal Off-Site!

"enemies next door, "invisible enemies (covid)", "enemies from within", "enemies from space".

The use of words is very specific.
They want us to think that there are enemies everywhere so they keep us under control.

Crowdcontrol is at it's best.

It's been in the words since 2024. IT's at a beta stage and they claim they will work things out.

The goal according to them is to make you the employee have an account. You will have to convince companies to joint the website / app so they can give a review about you and provide staring dates and ending dates and job title.

The idea is the same as your credit score. Meaning your credit score is 0% if you never took out a loan or used a credit card.

You have to open up a credit card or take out a loan that reports to a credit agent. If you don't then your score is a 0.

No bank would trust you to get a loan or if they do they will give you the highest rate.

This app is the same thing. If you want a job at a company they can have an account with this app and require you to open or have an account with this website in order to apply for jobs. So, you will submit all your info to this website. like last 4 digits of social etc.

The companies that you work for they will rate you and you will have to put it in your account that you worked there with the same dates in order to not lose points.
The whole point or concept is that they're trying to get companies to have control who they hire. They want to get rid of resumes and references.

All you would have to do is have all this info on your account and then the jobs you apply for you can have them see it. This benefits companies in the sense that
it's hard to lie on your resume. Meaning you have to back it up.

I know companies are having issues where they hire people that lied on their resume. I worked at a job one time and this girl said she graduated highschool. However, I would handle money for the business like cashier and do multiple jobs at once. I worked at a medical facility. This lady said she worked 10 years as a medical assistant. So, they had her work the job for 2 weeks and she didn't know how to take a blood pressure both using the machine and the manual. So, we were short staffed and they had me switch with her. She did registration and handles the money. I got trained for the back and did both jobs for the same pay. The problem is she couldn't do that job. There was money always missing and they found out she gave wrong change. After 4 months of her working HR demanded everything including me to bring in their highschool diplomas to HR in person which is like 20 miles from where I live. So, if you put down you hold a highschool diploma you have to prove it. If you have a college degree you had to prove it. They were looking to fire people. So, I had to show my highschool diploma and had to pay $200 to get my college transcripts and also had to show my college degree.

Everyone did this but her. i then found out by my manager one day that I got called in and he was pissed. This girl went into the safe and took $500 out of it and she was like the sign said petty cash so I thought it was free money. Even though the person that trained her said that you use that to make change for customers.
So, she told my manager that I told her that the sign means free money for low income staff. I told him no, I even told him I saw her take the money after her shift when I got in to relieve her from her duties. He told me corporate opened up an investigation. Long story short they caught her on camera and talked to toher staff and they told them I never talked to her other than telling her have a good day and enjoy your weekend. She would leave a mess for me to clean up meaning people waiting for hours not being served. So, I would have to deal with pissed off people.

Anyway, they demanded everyone to show their proof of credentials. Well, she made excuses. They called up her high school that she put down on her resume and they found out that she dropped out. So, they did a background check and found out she had no GED. They fired her and found out she would make people go to another facility because they annoyed her and she would tell our manager that I did it or I told her that it's ok.

My point is that I do know companies are dealing with people that are lying on their resumes. I remember we had one indian doctor that got his licensed revoked
and he was still practicing but he would use co-workers NPI numbers for issuing prescriptions.

And I recall the boyfriend of a family member who lied about having a college degree on an application, and the company was very firm on not hiring him. I'll believe that companies will replace resumes, CVs, cover letters, and references with a universal employee review app when I see it.

That sounds dystopian as hell tbh. Turning your entire work history into some kind of employee "credit score" feels like a recipe for abuse. What happens if you had a toxic boss or left on bad terms for reasons outside your control? Now that stays on your record forever? Not to mention the potential for bias, retaliation, or straight-up lies if there’s no proper oversight.

Resumes at least give you a chance to tell your story. This feels more like you're handing the narrative over to companies entirely. And what’s next, ratings for your personality or politics too? I get wanting to prevent people from lying on resumes, but this feels like it goes way too far.

lol that's good people will definitely stay away from me haha

I agree with you and I have seen the APP OP is talking about. There's a push for this to go global. Their dream or end goal is to track you globally
by verifying info about what highschool you want too and what college you went too etc. Your grades and GPA and any jobs you were working.

It's similar to a credit score but they want to rate you based on how truthful and how good of an employee you have been.

It's far from just wanting people not to lie on the resume. They used that as an excuse as to why you should allow it and accept it as a new normal because e need this system to weed out the bad people that are stealing your jobs by lying on their resumes. It's an excuse to get people to be on board with this.

However, to me it looks like you have said it an over reach. They want to replace this score with resumes. You can still write bio of who you are and why you're a good candidate for the job. You can post these and edit them but the employer that you want to work for can see how many revisions you made and what you changed it from to what it is now.

My take is that this will be the future. Right now they have AI just just filtering your resume but also conducting the interviews. It's insane and the job market right now is cooked.

Yeah, I’ve seen this too and it’s honestly kind of scary. It’s not just about stopping people from lying on resumes, it’s about tracking everything you’ve ever done. Replacing resumes with a score feels like they’re taking away your ability to grow or explain yourself. If this becomes normal, it’s going to be way harder for people to get jobs fairly.
Oh god, this is just ridiculous!

That's right. It completely dismisses someones personality. I hope they find a balance over time, otherwise we're cooked
