Reading a bit about Strategy. I don't know what promises they made but I like that they invest in Bitcoin as compared to random stocks. I wonder if they share the wallet address with the investors.

Huh. "Dismissed with prejudice" because the investors just... withdrew? That seems strange. There has to be more to this story, like maybe a quiet settlement happened behind the scenes.
