It doesn't matter what our politics or flags are, we should respect civilian support groups.

At the very least, this is the difference between civilized society and barbarianism. We can all at the very least respect medics, civilians, POW laws, etc. Sometimes it feels like this gets lost, but if we don't have that then what humanity, or what freedom are we even fighting for?

Civilians and civilian aid groups are not valid military targets. Both RU & UA support groups should be respected. The golden rule - if we wish our enemies to respect our mothers & children, we must also respect our enemy's families.
