Grand Theft Auto VI will now release on Thursday, November 19, 2026.
We are sorry for adding additional time to what we realize has been a long wait, but these extra months will allow us to finish the game with the level of polish you have come to expect and deserve.

I expected this, GTA V was also delayed twice, and the 1st delay had it set for earlier in the year with an eventual 2nd delay to later in the year.

RIP Call of Duty though, that is like a week after their usual launch window. I wouldn't be surprised if CoD: CopynPaste2026 launches in October to avoid competing with GTA VI.

Another delay? Seriously? It’s been over a decade since GTA V, at this point it’s starting to feel like a joke. Every time they hype it up and push it back again. November 2026 better be final, because patience is running on fumes.

Plus the PC version came a year later. Safe to say GTAVI on PC will come in 2027.

It feels like they were rushing to get it out to please people, and over estimated the release because 6 months is a lot.
