Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick has once again reaffirmed that Grand Theft Auto 6 remains on track for its November 19, 2026 release date, despite the game already suffering multiple delays.



Speaking in a recent interview highlighted by Insider Gaming, Zelnick said he knows exactly when the game will launch and repeated the now-familiar date with confidence. The comments arrive as anticipation around GTA 6 continues to dominate the gaming industry ahead of what many analysts expect to become one of the biggest entertainment launches ever.

GTA 6 has already slipped by nearly two years

Rockstar Games originally targeted a 2025 launch window for GTA 6 before pushing the game to May 2026. In November 2025, the company delayed the title again to November 19, 2026.

With Summer Games Fest happening later this week, something new for GTA 6 surely going to be shown, and Take Two containing to say the November 19th release is still set, it seems we should be safe to assume this date will actually stick. It would be quite a blunder and with a lot of backlash if yet another delay occurred. I do truly think at this point that we're past all of that though and we'll get the game Nov 19th. It's going to be a crazy release.

lol us PC gamers haven't had a physical disk for over 20 years bro......deal with it. I still have all my games since 2001 on steam. The game is to big to be on a disk anyways, what are you stuck in 2005???? You do know its 2026 right? If anything it should be on USB drive.
