Wanted to ask a couple questions about HF.
1) Where should I put a thread why I ask questions about HF rules lol? Is the Lounge okay?
2) I'm confused as to where the line is drawn for Fraud. Selling something like a stealer is okay for instance, but would selling something like a scampage be against the rules, or are they both permitted given they collect similar information used for similar purposes? Is there a clear litmus test for knowing what is or is not allowed?

If the scam page collects financial information it's not allowed.

If it's just collecting passwords as a Phish, that's fine I'd assume.

You are allowed to message Staff to ask directly, that's probably better then posting in the lounge since anyone can weigh in here.
