Everyone has something that helps them relax.
It could be watching videos, listening to music, sleeping, journaling, or just being alone for a while.
What’s your go-to comfort activity when you need a break?
For me it's definitely gonna be collecting/building model kits

Reading vulnerability report write ups or playing an immersive video game. The latter I struggle to find time for anymore, but it's an enjoyable escape when the salient volume of life becomes too much.
Honestly just rotting in bed with my headphones on full blast... it’s the only way to reset my brain fr after work!

I get that! There’s something really satisfying about finding security vulnerabilities—it’s like solving a complex puzzle
I actually think weight training helps me relax, at least afterwards. Lifting weights is medicine, metaphorically speaking.

You really deserve that kind of reset after a long day at work

That makes sense. Weight training can be really therapeutic and helps clear your mind after a tough day.

I am getting fond of you. You're such a cute character.
I don't really have something interesting to say in this thread. It was watching True Crime videos for many years but I feel I'm maybe on the edge of getting slightly sick of that. And it's posting on forums and Reddit uggggg. Oh I guess I also like driving at night looking at nature in the night and listening to Hip Hop.
I like to listen to music or read a book. That helps me.
I also go touch grass every week

Listening to my collection of songs tucked in my bed would be my go to comfort thing
