Chat will just keep redirecting you to different pages for help. You can attempt a recovery request form.

Not surprised that if they now have a chat feature that it would be completely useless. You can recover the account with enough details correct. Getting an IP nearby helps immensely. If you have all of the real info then it should be an almost instantaneous recovery, maybe only if from a different place IP would it not go through.

Given having everything that you listed and especially if you are near or at least appear to be near the IP location, I would think there is no reason why you couldn't recover the account. I know things obviously aren't exactly the way they were back in the OG days, but I had a similar situation for an account and that I was able to recovery immediately back then with the kind of info you mentioned having. I was however also near the IP location of the account which could have played a factor. Anyway, you have nothing to lose by trying to recover it.
