I think to some extent debit only exists, but fully decentralized wallet based credit for sure no.

Buy an openup from an reputated seller, it is one of the cheapest options. 20$ max.

I personally had an verified coinbase from long ago I use their debit card.

And for credit card good luck I don't think you will be able to find a good option for that.

Reddot pay is very nice but it won’t work for US residents.
Thats the only card I use, it has $1M daily spending limit with few k dailt atm withdrawal limit.
