As of now when a dispute is opened, the buyer and seller in tandem and or Omniscient are the only persons capable of resolving a dispute.

My suggestion: Raise @Charlie Sheen@ 's auth to be able to handle those as well. He is on par with integrity and knowledge and it acts as a load balancer.

This solves the vulnerability of Omniscient being tired/away/distracted = Increase in victim per scammer.

Did you even ask Charlie if he wanted this responsibility?

And I still have to fix that dang bug with mentions with spaces. Grrr...

EDIT: The mention bug fixed. Charlie Sheen

I just asked him, he's willing to. I genuinely think this is a good move, and I think the community would agree.

If these added responsibilities are something Charlie Sheen wants to take on, I couldn't think of a person more fit for the job than him.

This feature could be added to all staff members; they’re all good enough for it.

That is, of course, if Omni has actually complained about the issue or wants help in the first place.

are you going to have a cheeky catch phrase like you're from a 90s sitcom?

"You just got loaded"

Charlie is now Admin and indeed he will assist with Deal Disputes.

And please note, he was going to be Admin without this suggestion. I just couldn't say that until I had a few things in place.

Welp, it looks like this suggestion thread was the catalyst for Charlie Sheen becoming Admin.

Great work CL1B , this was a well deserved promotion for Charles.
