Google Account Recovery - 2FA Loop Logic Error (Seeking Help)

Hello all,

I am dealing with a 15-year-old Google account facing a deletion deadline. I have the correct password and access to the verified recovery email.

The Problem: Despite correct Password + Recovery Email, the system insists on a 2FA phone number that was removed years ago. It won't offer any other "Try another way" options.

Has anyone seen a way to trigger the "Old Security Question" or "Indefinite Hold" via the Google One administrative path? Not looking for services, just technical documentation or known 'logic-break' tips for this specific recovery flow.
Unfortunately I think Google has largely retired most of the old recovery-question flows. If recovery email isn't being offered, I'd focus on recovering from a previously trusted device/IP/location, as Google's automated recovery system seems to place a lot of weight on account history.
