FBI have been on a bit of a tear lately picking up "exposed" individuals.
You get named in a ZachXBT post or a Krebs write up, then you've got 4-8 weeks.

Let her continue committing crime until she turns 18 then drop some serious charges on her as an adult. 2. Stop the harm now, as she's likely responsible for 7-figures in losses at this point, and get her on juvenile charges that may or may not have teeth. I'd lean towards #1 assuming they're confident she stays within the US/extraditable regions. (Aug 10, 2026 07:50 AM)SUI-3183372 Wrote: If she was a minor, wonder where they stand with her. Nothing is new here. There’s alot of cases in the USA and Canada where these minors get away from committing cyber and white collar crimes. Ellis Pinksy aka Baby Al Caprone. Stole $24M as a minor. Not charged with a single federal or state crime. And gets to keep all that stolen cryptocurrency.

I saw a lot of the same with the Blackshades case, smaller scale, but same result. There were many minors involved with the Blackshades case, and I'd see BOXES upon boxes filled with thousands of pages of documents containing detailed evidence of the crimes they've committed. If the FBI were able to determine they were minors, in most cases, they simply did nothing. No reach out, no slap on the wrist, no talking to mom and dad. The minors were simply none the wiser that the FBI had their entire lives, and crimes, on paper. That Tiffany girl literally blew someone’s life savings on a gambling website. $60k. Telling the victim he’s stupid for giving up the passphrase. So even though they might get away. They’re not getting away with the stupidity of their mindsets. Spend it all on watches and then go broke. 10 years later, realize that all that money could’ve been used for bills. For sure, kids that age, especially coming from affluent families, have no concept of money and the importance around saving, investing, and more importantly, compounding your savings and investments over time. |
