I usually clean my work and gaming setup and station about once a month. Monitors and keyboards. I think I should be doing it twice a week though.

How often do you do it?

Once a month sounds about right for a deep clean, twice a week is a lot unless you eat at the desk or have pets. I'd say wipe the keyboard and screen every week or two and save the full teardown for monthly.

I might be a little OCD, but I clean my whole place at least every two days it irritates me if I don't. I don't have a dedicated station I normally sit in my bedroom or living room.

I clean my workstation whenever it starts looking dusty.
I would probably benefit from having a fixed schedule.

Once a year probably. I clean my keyboard and mouse a few time a year. Those get dusty and dirty (eating at desk is bad habit).
