I created a server and ran the test on sandbox and it worked. However I tried opening the server on several other computers and everything went fine except no servers ever show up on cerebus. It still says 0 servers online. What could I be doing wrong?

1. Do you have a Static or Dynamic IP?
2. Did you portforward correctly?
3. Do the other computers have an Anti-Virus or Firewall enabled?

Have you tried crypting the file? If so you might have corrupted your file.

Probally nit crypted, run the server (be sure to make the settings to not install) and tureoff AV , should work then. ;)

No static or dynamic IP, I'm not sure if I port forwarded correctly, what is the correct way to do it? The other computers don't have an AV or firewall.

there is no correct way, it dpeends on what router/modem you have
you can check if your ports are open on
http://www.canyouseeme.org/
and
http://portforward.com/help/portcheck.htm
use both of them for more accuracy as they are sometimes wrong

Then you must open that port in your router...
Go here http://portforward.com/, choose your router type and begin or just say here router type i'll make screen tut for you

Make sure you point the DNS to your IP if it is not one of your computers, if it is point it to the ip address in your router for your computer.
