Bitdefender firewall or Comodo firewall

I have Bitdefender installed on my computer. But I am thinking about getting Comodo firewall installed. But witch one is better Bitdefender firewall of comodo?
Comodo's firewall is quite annoying, it gives a lot of pop ups. The detection rate is better, but it gets annoying if you're playing a game or watching a movie.

I'd rather a firewall annoy me asking if something is allowed rather than one that blocks stuff I'm trying to use and allows stuff I have no idea is running...

If it never asks then how do you know it's working? Then again for most people the boxes get so annoying you lower the security or just click accept without looking at the box, and thus you basically have no firewall...
Kyuubi you are reffering to the Comodo Defence +. Comodo's firewall is barely annoying but it does have a great amount of pop-ups COMPARED to Windows firewall. Because the firewall within Comodo is created so it will stop malicious applications from connecting to the internet. One example was when my friend was most likely infected with a bot of some sort. Comodo Firewall blocked around 30-50 connections a second, I very much doubt Bitdefender nor Windows firewall could do this.

- Bit Defender Firewall is basically a poor piece of software (such as Kaspersky and Norton Firewall) to increase the price and so-called protection.
- Comodo Firewall is a dedicated firewall and has it's own distribution aswell as being built-into Comodo.

What makes the Comodo Firewall so great is that it takes use of an massive WhiteList to avoid false positives (popping up for everything) aswell as providing a detailed pop-up with a colour matching the security risk. (eg, connecting to a global hook can be malicious, BFBC2 does this but we know it is safe, supermegacleaner.exe however may not be)
I've ran BitDefender a while back, and didn't think too much of It.

Cocopara above me, has answered your question In clear and accurate detail.

Comodo's firewall is quite annoying
Comodo has a better firewall. Even though bitdefender is very good, comodo firewall is its own project, meaning that it has people focusing mainly on the firewall. Bitdefender has an entire AV that it has to look after, so it's firewall isn't as good.
Comodo firewall is defo one of the better ones out there for free but requires allot of pre-configuration to get it right.

I use Comodo myself but when it comes down to family and friends I usually go for AVG or Bitdefender as the interface is a lot easier.

3 people I installed Comodo for, managed to completely isolate there PC from the internet by mistake and no clue how to revert. “meaning more hassle for me lol!”
Yeah Comodo is the one I'd choose out of any firewall. It's detection rates are second to none. I'd rather have an over paranoid firewall than an non paranoid firewall.
thanks you all i am go to go with comodo
BitDefender did not pass the Firewall Test in my tutorial.
Without a doubt Comodo is the best firewall for home computers. I am not sure whom ends in second place but it might be Zone Alarm. Comodo will give popups though it will clearly give you the name of the application, suggested action and a colour matching the situation.

Green - Not dangerous
Yellow - Suspicious
Red - CAREFUL1!

Legit applications can also receive the colour "Red" though you can easily see if a recent installed "Pccleanup.exe" would like to connect to internet other then you game "WoW.exe"

A lot of people get annoyed by all of the pop ups, but I don't. I like to know what is happening in my system, and stay involved with my own computer. This gives me a sense of extra protection, and it allows me to choose exactly what my AV does and what it controls.
You can surpress the Pop Ups which is very good for the average person whom visits Facebook, Ebay, Paypal. And doesn't download SUPERMEGACLEANER.exe, or play games :)
I like comodo. It can get annoying at times, but learns over time. It detects more IMO though.
