Take my opinion from extensive experience, youre better off buying 2 or 3 cheap crypters and using them together to keep servers fud. If you don't have the money for this than botting is not your thing. If your goal is to have a proper botnet, you need to invest money. Which means unless you have a lot of money hanging around, you'll have to monetize your botnet somehow. Either through blackhat ways, or greyish hat.
The other alternative is to buy a high priced crypter from a programmer who has motives to keep the project around. I good constant stream of new customers for a high priced crypter is a good sign the programmer has the motives to keep updating, and higher prices means smaller user pool which equals longer fud time. Don't ask people opinions of crypters, because the majority is almost always wrong when it comes to these things, it's much like a paradox. More people raving about a good thing, usually means its not a good thing in the case of crypters.
i would go for no$ but NEVER buy icrypt, my personal opinion
