I am a pretty laid back chill guy i don't fuck people over never have never will so i will not give your group that sort of reputation if you let me in, plus i would be willing to give the group a donation for letting me be in, im not saying this expecting your acceptance because of money im just saying i would gladly support the group in any way i can. Also I think i am pretty well liked around here, my only neg reps are for warning people about backdoor products. 🤝

Before I begin, I'd firstly like to apologize for what may come across as a relatively terrible layout. I'm not the most... visually attractive formatter. I'm not very knowledgeable in graphics and am not very good at selecting which colors/fonts go well together. That being said, I tried my best to format my application appropriately so that it stands out and is hopefully somewhat visually appealing to those that read.

Why do I deserve to be in InFaMoUs?

There are a lot of reasons why I believe I deserve to be in this group. Some reasons you may agree with, some you may not, although the reasons I'll list will describe me as both a member of Hackforums, as well as the person I am in general. I'll list them in dot points for easier reading.

Maturity: I'm a mature member, ultimately resulting in me knowing how to deal with disagreements and how to act under certain circumstances.

Helpful: I'd consider myself relatively helpful and will most definitely transcend this quality into into InFaMoUs to the best of my ability. I'm willing to help anyone and everyone with passion and empathy.

Active: I'm relatively active. During the week, I usually am able to squeeze out 20 posts a day. This is due to study and that I go to a boarding school. On the weekends, I go home. Based on this, I have many hours on HF. Based on what I do during the day, I'm usually on for around 8-14 hours on the average weekend day (not the whole weekend, just on a particular day). On top of this, I have school holidays coming up. It goes for 8 weeks, so that'll result in me being extremely active. As such, I can spend time working on things for the group and generally contributing to HF as best as I can.

Grammar: I consider my grammar relatively decent and attempt to keep it as decent as possible. Of course, nobody is perfect, although I'd say my grammar is among the better in relation to HF members. This probably isn't relevant, as it doesn't seem that's what the group is looking for (based on its description), although perhaps it helps.

Intelligent: I'm relatively knowledgeable in relation to how HF works and how people work in general. I avidly study people and their actions, based on circumstances and pressure (mainly emotional). I'm always seeking further knowledge and do so by reading and inquiring. I'm definitely not the most intelligent member around here, although I put in a lot of effort into everything I do.

Respect: I'll respect each and every member. I already do this, of course, and I plan to continue my everyday behavior. I understand that groups have rules. I shall respect these rules as I shall continue to respect the members of InFaMoUs.

HF contributions

As a member of HF, I enjoy giving back to the community. Although I don't have a lot to give, I give what I can. First, I'll discuss the contributions I make to HF that have nothing to do with physical or virtual goods (nothing to do with money, items, etc).

HF News: As you may or may not know, I am an active member of the HF News. I currently take the position of Interviewer and Proofreader, although I commonly do extra articles for absentees. You can view my work on the HF News threads from the last few months if you wish to view the quality or enthusiasm that I impose. I try my best to make all of my articles a good read, despite the topic. I've yet to not contribute to any edition of the HF News since I've joined the team (roughly 4-5 months ago, I believe. Don't quote me on that), except two editions in which issues arose. One of those issues was due to me going on inactivity for 2 weeks. I did my 2 interviews prior for the coming two weeks, although it seems they both had to be used on a single edition due to absences. The other was due to lack of valid interviewees (this was the 100th edition and Sir wished for highly regarded members).

Groups: I'm currently a member of four groups. These groups are as follows: Rhythm, Logic, The Empire and Writers.

- Logic: I'm an active debater in Logic. I participate in various debates in the subforum and retain the highest of quality that I can offer throughout each and every topic and response. I have almost 200 posts in Logic (197 at the time of this application) in the ~2 months I've been in the group. I'd like to think that all of my responses are well thought-out, extensive and well communicated, although opinions will be but that; opinions.

- The Empire: The Empire is relatively secretive in its works. I enjoy the Lounges particularly (call me a Lounge whore) although the other partitions of the group interest me greatly. The group is on top of most things, and as such I don't do anything particularly contributing in the group, except being an active and a respectively quality member. I show the group in a good light and show myself if a good light inside of the group's subforum.

- Rhythm: Although this is but one of the groups which I actively contribute to and with, it is one of the groups which I enjoy the most. I've run Activity Reviews for the last few months in Rhythm, checking each week to see if members are active and their posts are quality. Just a week ago (roughly a week), I was promoted to a leadership position in Rhythm. I act as a role model, as well as arranging group activities, members and their suggestions and official documents.

- Writers: More or less everything I listed in the 'HF News' section a few sections up. I post in the Lounge, although apart from submitting our articles each week, not much more takes place for the HF News team. We share the group with the HF Wiki team, although I'm not a member of that team.

Wasn't sure what would define me as a valuable member and a decent addition to InFaMoUs, so I've decided to track down 10 quality responses (what I deem quality) from within the last week. Not necessarily the most helpful responses, nor the longest responses. A little mix of both.

This is my MOTM nomination. Relatively in-depth.

I believe users should have a 2nd chance on the forums.

Although I contribute and help others on the forum, I believe its also a good thing to speak your mind. I remember getting flamed at for doing so; a reported post; bunch of messages.
You might think I'm not worthy because of my rep or posts. You might think I'm still a "wannabe", but ill leave it at that. I'm not here to impress you; just to catch your attention.
I may not be a big ub3r with 300+ rep, but fuck it.
I want to be in this group because i love the concept of not having to impress. I like the concept of speaking your mind regaurdless of where it takes you. It stands out from other groups. I love how there aren't such strict requirements. Some infamous users here are very HQ. I aim to be one of them one day. I hope I qualify, and if i do--think of me as a sister. Im active on the forums and i support this group and members as well.

About me(if you need it)- My name is Jasmine, I live in Houston, I'm 17. I came to the forums to learn the basics of hacking. I came to know that this forum is more to me than a place to learn.
