THREAD WILL BE CLOSED ONCE THE CULPRIT PROVIDES EVIDENCE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Multiple account(s) accusation
- Previous customer accusation
- $3.00 USD .NET Seal fee

Description:
I recently purchased this individual's product, and he had the audacity to partially refund me, disclose my newly activated account,
harass me via private messaging system, and -3 REP. me using falsified statements. I HAVE NEVER dealt with this individual in the past,
and he is a scumbag, low-quality fraud. User only refunded a partial amount of my money,
and his excuse was that the money were to cover his .NET Seal fee. Pathetic fraud, and an inevitable REP. abuser.

Your account on netseal: Pseudonymous which you can't say is a common name and you are just using it.
Our entire conversation: Spoiler (Click to View)

As for retaining the 3$ fee is only fair considering you didn't contact me before purchasing as well using the software.

In the end get lost.

Edit: I noticed you like to make fake scam reports.

"Pseudonymous" isn't an uncommon name, because it correlates with anonymity.

A simple I.p. Address checkup would have clarified that the user you're falsely accusing me to be would validate that I am not the same individual.

If you weren't lazy to briefly read my explanation on behalf of my lost, secondary HackForums' account, the screenshot you provided indicates the reason.

The User ID you linked IS NOT my account. You have it completely mixed up.
Also you blatantly bluffed on behalf of the $3.00 USD .NET Seal fee, which indicates that you're a fraud.

In regards to your statement about my .NET Seal account, I recently created that account, because I forgot the password to my other .NET Seal account, "Depravity".

Also, if you haven't checked the previous usernames the Profile link you provided had 37 username changes, yet, my first account, Depravity, never had an account name change.

Thus, indicating that I strictly use the alias, "Depravity".

You're a fraud, and you inevitably admitted that the reason why you deducted $3.00 USD from the PayPal payment reversal.
It was not for the .NET SEAL fee, which you claimed it to be.

Last and foremost, you intentionally added an auto-buy system, simply to profit, regardless if potential buyers had to consult you prior to sending the payment.

You're a pathetic fraud, REP. abusing whore, and a low-quality salesperson.
I think n0$f3ratu$ made the right call. You're obviously a trouble maker who's likely to cause him problems. He cut you loose. 3 bux aint shit don't act like he scammed you for 3 bux, no need really. Basically you're pissed you got blown off before you could scam or whatever it is your intentions were. Get over it man.

Get over with it? I wouldn't be surprised if he begged you on Skype to protect his reputation, because he is also known for refunding payments, and keeping a portion of the funds for profit.

First and foremost, the culprit blatantly lied to me, and explained that a portion of the reason on why he deducted $3.00 USD was because of the so-called "NetSeal fees".

Secondly, the entirety of his falsified explanation is inevitably illogical.

1.) Thinks that my PayPal account is illegitimate (how so?)
2.) Deducts $3.00 USD from the payment refund, to cover his so-called "NetSeal fees."
3.) States that I was a previous customer.

Yet, the only evidence he provided that was accurate was that singular screenshot where I admitted that I had another HackForums' account, which I've only had a few minutes of activity on.
I just subscribed to this thread, seems like me and Krew are grabbing our popcorn's and watching this thread.

Probably the name Sarah, as it's unlikely you're a female.

Given your rep indication, and history it seems you're a pretty wacky untrustworthy user, who makes a lot of scam reports. He got spooked or deemed you too suspicious and cut you loose, and decided to take 3 bux in the process.

Probably the 3 bux was unneccasary but i mean i figure he see's it as compensation for wasting his time? who knows.

What i see from my eyes, is a guy who's made false scam reports, a hothead, appears to be a guy using a chicks name for his paypal, buying a product and the guy selling the product thinking i want nothing to do with him. So the issue is the 3 bux really right? And who cares about 3 bux which is why i said get over it.

I don't know the guy he could be an asshole he could be a great guy, but evidently if he was an asshole don't buy his product, and with your history, i wouldn't trust you with my milk.

There are fees on NetSeal. Depending on the package there is a % that goes to NetSeal.
Also a portion of those 3$ are for using my software.
I also don't care if you or anyone else start doing math to see how much is coming per day.
I deduct as much as i think is fair.

Yes you are right.
I am planning to get my self reach from those fees to purchase HF from Omni.
You have a problem with that?

Pathetic fraud???? ...hmmmm i wouldn't day pathetic or fraud in the same sentence.
Rep abusing hore???? ... YES. I like to fuck idiots like you.
Low-quality salesperson.... maybe, but in any case you are not the one who can judge me.

Cut the bullshit: [email protected]

The payment reversal explanation clearly states 3 illogical reasons on why you partially refunded me.

In other words:

1.) Scammed me.
2.) Scammed me.
3.) Scammed me.

Secondly, you mentioned that the money you solicited from others are toward your goal(s) to purchase "HF".

If you're referring to purchasing the forums, you can keep dreaming.

You blatantly admitted that you abuse Reputation ratings.

I also am obliged to judge you, because I, for one, actually purchased your product, and you only partially refunded me.

Not to mention that you had the audacity to harass me, blatantly lied to me, and even -3 REP'd me for no absolute reason.

Last and foremost, cut what bullshit?
There is nothing wrong with my PayPal's E-mail address.

If you believe the account was compromised, and I stole it, you're inevitably a judge-mental idiot.

I'm certain if I was a fraud, my PayPal account would already be limited, and/or would have been discarded, due to insufficient funds.

Unfortunately in your case, I am not, unlike you.

If $3.00 USD is not that much, then why didn't he fully refund me?
Same concept applies, and that isn't the reason on why I am aggravated.

It was because he had the audacity to ridicule me, and harass me for no absolute reason.

I am simply informing others that this user is a con-artist, and a compulsive liar.
(Sep 18, 2013 04:12 AM)stefsot Wrote:  He should pay a small fee for every customer like you? The amount adds up. You only lose ~3$ once.

For no valid reason.
I am not understanding why you're protecting him, because
it's inevitable he is in the wrong. I understand that he is the product
seller, and is obligated to sell anyone a product, but he shouldn't
add an auto-buy system if he expects people to get approved prior to purchasing.

Regardless, he isn't a trustworthy individual, and he blatantly lied to me.
This guy is a thief, and he has no credibility, other than his REP.

Better yet, using your mother's PayPal account.

It is called a 'ewhore' PayPal account. Not a bad thing.

First and foremost, who are you? Does your opinion even matter?

Anyways, for those skeptics:
(Pretty sure it was SOLELY USED FOR E-WHORING.)

I am pretty sure all of the following information below somehow CORRELATE. If not, then I must be extremely stupid, and you're correct.

- Joined Craigslist on the same day as my PayPal's registration date.
- Created a Craigslist advertisement on the same day.

I proofread his topic, and I did not qualify in any of those criteria.

- I am the PayPal account holder.
- I do not have a negative balance of reputation ratings.
- No scam reports involving me.
- Did not encrypt files for others (had the license for an hour or less) / scanning on forbidden websites.

I find it funny how he banned you for a reason/rule that wasn't even posted on his DATA PROTECTOR T.O.S.

He banned you for multi-accounting yet in his thread it doesn't state that he doesn't allow multi-accounters.

Let me guess.
You're simpleminded, and you're susceptible to being deceived, so you judge another individual's credentials based upon their Reputation ratings?

Please, if you had a brain, go search a valid scam report against me on HackForums, which you so claimed that I was a potential fraud.

Then again, you're the one who has an open scam report, which you inevitably stole $3.00 USD from me, without my consent.

Pathetic scum.

That so-called "multiple account" that he claimed was mine, isn't mine, and I have more evidence based on his judgement, just because the usernames were the same.

Also, the clueless, so-called "businessman," (inevitably brain-dead, and doesn't even code), claims that "pseudonymous" is an uncommon word, so theoretically, the account would be mine, since the users are similar.

Then again, "pseudonymous," is a legitimate word, and he is incorrect, stubborn, and too cheap to fully refund me, or allow me to continue using his services, rather than blatantly lying to me, then scamming me.

I already stated that I do not care for the amount.

But what happens if he scammed me out of a few hundred dollars?
The outcome would be different, based upon a number?

Ridiculous. If he had the motive to partially refund me, then what makes you think he wouldn't do the same to someone else, just so he can profit?
(Sep 18, 2013 04:42 AM)stefsot Wrote:  Oh please... n0$f3ratu$ posted a screenshot of you saying that you lost the pass for that account and shit.... come on dude, have some self respect.

He is referring to the .NET Seal account, which I implied that I lost the password to my first .NET Seal account, which would be, "Depravity".

I am not lying, and there is no reason for me to lie.

(EDIT: Let me clarify this. When my HackForums' account, "Depravity," was banned for consistent harassment, and/or trolling after multiple warnings, I created another account for temporarily access.
I was simply attempting to contact the staff members to reconcile my past, since the ban length lasted between 2-weeks to 1-month. My memory is somewhat blurred, because this happened a long time ago.
I can assure you, the second HackForums' account I created were only accessed twice, or three times, and the total amount would have added up to a few minutes of activity. The culprit, (fraud's name here),
claims that I am another low-quality user, who he has dealt with in the past. Although, I am attempting to clear up my username, because we're not affiliated, nor do I even know the user.)
