760 SLI or 780SLI is good

but i recommend just getting a 760,
battlefield 4 looks good in high aslong as you have 1080p monitor.

I think it'll be a little hard to find what you're looking for... but you should probably go with 260 or a little better. that's minimum.

Just save and get a 770. Its worth it believe me. Was going to go cheaper on my video card and im glad I didnt. Cost me like $340 with shipping.
