Who are you and what do you stand for?: I am best known as Bosto and I enjoy helping the community by giving out a few freebies here and there but also giving out quality tutorials. I stand for dedication, hard work, and kindness. I believe if people work together, efficiently, and be creative the group would be perfect. Also I do not like to argue with people but to get along with one another because arguing doesn't create a nice atmosphere for new members, other people, etc. I hope to see new members and meet new knowledgeable people in the Specialists if I am lucky enough to get accepted.
How could you benefit the Specialists?: I believe I could provide help to members in the sub-forum but also in the community of Hack Forums as well. I am a creative person that will be able to create original ideas instead of using all the saturated ideas. Also, I'm into programming. I have high experience in web development, web security, Java, C++, and C#. My first interest in web development was 2 years ago whenever I saw someone create a large income just by web development so it encouraged me to learn website development. I believe I am creative, hard-working, and dedicated but I'm not going to create a large paragraph of repetitive information. You get the point. I enjoy giving out to the community that once gave out to me long ago which helped development who I am today. I have other skills but I do not want to create a very long lengthy read for my application. Thanks for reading.
nvm, not a member for 8 months.
Best of luck to all those interest in applying. I've already learned quite a bit within the group and have enjoyed every minute of it.

Skills
I have a rather large variety of skills, two of which I have shown on the forum over and over again. One is going to be counselling/generally helping others out with their emotions. I have done much of this on and off of forums, and have helped stop many users from making rather rash decisions. I love doing this and helping out members in this way, so I have made quite a few threads offering free services to the general public.
Here is my most recent counselling related thread:
https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4322280
Now my main skill, and the reason I came to this forum in the first place; Hacking. Though I must admit that my original intentions were to hack minecraft servers and enemies computers, learning how to hack has always been a goal of mine. Over time my interests molded into what they are hacking wise; website hacking. I have personally invested hours and hours into learning website hacking and I am still doing so. I have an incredibly skilled mentor who is constantly helping me learn. I wouldn't consider myself a beginner by many peoples standards, but compared to certain members I am a beginner. I do believe I am more skilled in my field than the vast majority of the forum, but there are certainly members who are far better than me.
I often spend much of my time in the beginner and website hacking sections answering questions or doing challenges, as that is what I like to do and I learn loads through it.
This skill is the main reason I would like to join the Specialists. I feel like I can learn through this group, and learning is why I'm on this forum. I will not turn down an opportunity to learn from intelligent people. Anyway, I digress. This truly has nothing to do with my skills.
Here are a few of the tutorials I have worked on over time to benefit HF as a whole. (These of course exclude tutorials I have made in group subforums)

Why I want to join Specialists
As you read I briefly touched on this through my digression over my last few paragraphs, but I believe that this deserves its own section on my application. My reasoning is rather simple and explicit; I would like to learn as much as I can, and I would like to teach as much as I can. Specialists gives me the opportunity to learn and teach more. I originally came to HF for that, and those are the same reasons I visit HF as frequently as I do. That is the reason I spend hours and hours teaching myself and learning with my mentor. To learn. I also love teaching and helping others, hence my counselling help desks, my activity in the unofficial group Eros, my tutorials, and activity in the hacking sections. Why turn down an opportunity to more of both of these?

What I can contribute to Specialists
I believe I can contribute a fair amount to Specialists. For one, every group needs active and skilled members. I am very active, and I believe I am rather skilled for the amount of time I've invested in learning, but I still have a very long way to go before I will be satisfied with my skill level, if I can ever reach that point. I also believe I can thoroughly help members of the group by both learning, teaching, and helping in any way I can, no matter how large or small the task may be.
Thank you very much for reviewing my application. I hope to see you and all of the other members in the sub forum very soon. 🤝

As I always seem to have free time, I feel that I am able to contribute more to the community, rather than just browsing around and helping where I am able to. Therefore I would be more than pleased to be a part of Specialists. But let me begin with an introduction about myself.
My real name is Sirajuddin, but call me Sira. I'm a seventeen year old boy from Norway. I am studying application developer, pretty much just creating, coding and designing websites. I am currently studying HTML, PHP, CSS and in my next school year I will be studying Java - and much more. I've spent most of my spare time browsing HackForums and programming websites. Of course, I do have a job besides it. Luckily my job is not taking much time and I can continue my daily routine. I think this is one of the main reasons of why I am useful and a good additional in Specialists.
My positive skillset and qualities
My good skills and properties are that I am polite to everybody. Luckily I am never angry, not to anyone. Most of the time, I just laugh at the situation and step aside from it. I am also willing to help where I can help, such as guiding new community members, give them some information, tips and so on.
Another good quality of mine is my ability to remain impartial when decision making, when I take up a role, I take pride in making choices I believe to be right and that are by the book, I have an attention to detail and want what's best for the group. I have a passion for programming and creating projects and feel I'm an approachable person when it comes to asking for help. I would say I'm consistent in my ability to perform in a group position and more involved in leading by a good example in terms of rules, good forum etiquette and being somebody who is friendly and approachable.
Negative sides of me
I do have one down-point, which is that I am disinterested fast. I want to do something. I can not just sit on a chair doing nothing, which I actually am doing in-real life. If you assign me a job to do, I will do it. To go in further on that, I am always doing my job as best I can. If I do something wrong, tell me, and I will correct it. As I wrote above, I am a quick learner and I do in fact learn from my mistakes. Not everybody does that.
Another negative side of me is that I can be confrontational if I don't have a resource to vent on. If I wasn't trying to keep myself calm and cool, I more than likely would've went hey-wire on that person, but I had someone to vent out my frustration on and that person made me feel better. After all these years in lead positions, it is something I'm getting very used to very fast and it's not exactly the most evident anymore.
My experience
I believe that I am dedicated yet not ignorant. For example, if someone feels a certain way about a situation, I'll allow them to explain whatever they're thinking and value their opinion. Though I am stable with my own beliefs, I'm extremely open-minded--a branch off of tolerance which is always a good thing for a member of Specialists to have. As far as the dedication goes, it even expands out to tasks. If someone tells me to do something or even asks politely, I can do it without a problem and stick to that task until it's complete to one's satisfaction. This may sound nerdy, but I love to help out and do everything or anything I can. I believe that I'm extremely professional. I try to keep a calm and cool persona active at all times and I avoid most if not all arguments on the Internet. From the times I've been involved in an argument, I've managed to either push it aside or just let the other person dwell with whatever gratification they get from "winning" said argument. If I know I'm right about something, I trust myself, and I don't let that interfere with my professionalism.
I also don't let my gender get in the way of my judgement. Not only my gender, but my relationships. I feel as though I shouldn't even have to say this but I'm sure people are thinking it. I'll go more in-depth in the "bad sides" section of this application. I'm easy to communicate with and I can easily make people comfortable around me. This even goes as far as to have some people maybe...disclose a little too much about themselves to me regarding their personal life after a short time of knowing me which, as a very trustworthy person, I don't have a problem with, but it goes to show you. Because people are often comfortable around me, they tell me more or trust me more or befriend me and that kind of positive connection in the community (even if it's because of my gender) is always better than a circle of negativity!
I have tons of experience in leading/co-leading positions. I've played games such as Star Wars: The Old Republic, World of Warcraft, Runescape, Habbo, and a few more. Most of them, I've had leading positions in or have been the owner of a guild/moderator or administrator of a roleplay. I have never been removed from a staff position due to unprofessional behavior or something of that case. I've either requested to be taken off or the roleplay/guild/faction closed due to events that were entirely out of my control. Out of my six/seven years roleplaying, I'd say that a good two of those years were spent in a position of authority.
I am, in my own eyes, a responsible person. I accept the punishment for my reprehensible actions and I will acquiesce it if I made a wrong move. This is something not everybody does. Further into that again, I will accomplish whatever I have to achieve, especially if I have started doing it. I do not mind to spend some extra time on getting it accomplished, as long as I get it finished. My most defined personality trait is probably my hyperactivity as far as verbal interactions go. On Skype calls or in Teamspeak, I tend to loosen up around people I'm comfortable with; I laugh, I tell jokes, I talk loud and fast and I ultimately sacrifice a bit of professionalism in order to have a good time. It's something I'm toning down but it's still present. You can say that I am a fairly hard worker.
Everything in a nutshell:
- I am active and willing to contribute.
- I am coding HTML, PHP and CSS.
- I am a quick learner.
- I have a fair amount of spare time.
- I will do whatever I am told to do.
- I will put one hundred percent of effort in everything I am doing and everything I am going to do.

My Strengths: Modest, Caring, Considerate, I tend to sit with people through things so I suppose Patience would be another strength. I also try to implement my own personal experiences (rough times) to try and get on the same level as the person I'm assisting, I try to put myself in their shoes. I am also a gaming addict and love competition, which can make me a good motivator for groups that I am apart of. I constantly want to get events rolling and to keep surprising the community. My skills with information tracking, and removal are highly thought of. I believe this is one of my main skills; Web Forensics.
My Weaknesses: Sometimes I can get annoyed at the slightest thing, but this usually only happens when I myself have had a rough day.. as we all do at times. I would say that I am competitive, I can see how this would become a weakness. I sometimes fail to look at the big picture as well... Maybe I don't take all the info in to channel it into one great answer, some of my replies can be stupid or naive.

Skill Elaboration:
(//): Web Forensics & Footprint Removal is quite possibly my best skill. I have been working on it for over 9 months now and have gained quite a reputation on HackForums because of my FREE service. Although I say free, I have been asked to teach others my skill and have gained over $500 because of my teaching abilities.
(//): Computer Customization & Malware/Virus Removal is my second strongest skill. In this skill, I work on customizing PC's and other computer equipment to gain the best possible result out of them. By doing this, I also thought I needed to learn how to remove any threats that may come onto this machine, which is where I was picked up by Aura as a student and he taught me quite a lot about White Hat Hacking and the safety of computers.
(//): Assistance & Management of Others, my most personal skill. I say personal because this is the skill that really means the most to me, I love caring and helping others whenever I possibly can. I do this through various sections on the forums, but I also offer mentoring and assistance for other skills if someone is interested in learning my skill. I have many threads above, that show example of this... My VFX student program for the brotherhood was a big hit, as well as my various helpdesks for personal life as well as a VFX help desk for those who are interested in learning about video editing.

About Myself: -
I'm open and trustworthy, I am friendly as long as people don't annoy me off, the only that really does annoy me is when i said no to something and they carry on asking for it. If i don't like something i be totally honest on my opinion so you can either improve on the what is it or to ignore me and carry on with it. I will help anyone that needs help as the everyone needs help once in a while, as we are not all perfect this would also make me valuable asset to the group Thank you for taking the time to read my application.

Surely this is similar to a job application? Wouldnt your CV generally be the same for each job you applied for, with maybe one or two small tweaks on the odd application?

Such a Pity I dont meet all the application criteria. Really like the name of the group with a great culture forming and seemingly actual HQ members. Very nice indeed.
Good luck to all the applicants.

Name:
Mahdy
Specialization:
Running servers (Runescape ones, to be exact), inneudo section (giving personal advice on anything and everything pertaining to life), and soon to be a certified web developer, after I am finished with my class this semester.
Why should I be accepted:
Do not let my rep fool you. I had above 800 and I got banned and RF'd for ing my threads. This does not mean I am the least bit LQ. Anyone who knows me, knows I am a person who shows of greatest interest to those I do not even know. With all I have been through with my life and continuing going through, I can give people amazing personal advice, regardless what it is about - I've most likely been there. This is my biggest strength. Becoming friends with everyone. Believing every person, regardless who they are, deserves a second chance. And, always being there for a person who is a complete stranger to me. That is who I am and why I believe I should truly be accepted.
How will you benefit us?:
As I have mentioned, I have many strong suits - All the way from being emotionally there for someone, to coding, to marketing. I know a lot of things and can help with a lot of things. I am pursuing my dream of becoming a graphic and web designer and I am on the path so anyone who needs help in the developing aspect (XHTML, PHP, CSS), I can assist them with my very knowledge. Also, my knowledge of knowing how to be there for someone, even a person online, can make all the difference in the world. Everyone needs someone they can lean to, cry to, whatever it may be. And, even though this is an online community, I know what it is like to be at rock bottom with no one to help you up, and I don't think anyone should ever feel that way.
Other:
Thanks for reading this. Also, I ask of you please do not see my rep and think "A LQ member" because people knew me as an amazing person then, and they still know me as that person now. The ONLY reason I was RF'd was for ing my threads. Not scamming, flaming, none of that sort.
Thanks for the chance!
Hello, I meet all of the requirements. Invite me, thanks in advance.
