FPS drops with a 1080 TI

So, playing fortnite, I'm experiencing FPS drops with a 1080 TI. I just upgraded from a GTX 770. My FPS is decent at some parts but in certain parts of the map, such as tilted towers, my FPS will drop to like 50.... Also, when I'm streaming, the FPS also drops when in fire fights with people. I've tried streaming with GPU and CPU, same issue. My setup: GPU: 1080 TI CPU: i7 4790k RAM: 12GB Motherboard: Z87 Pro4 (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157381)

It was the OS. Reinstalled fix it completely. 0 drops.
