Well yeah but there are 2 down sides to that, the first is it takes time like you got to call support tell then whats going on why you want your new ip etc. The second is here my ISP when they renew your IP it disconnects you for about 30 seconds. Now I think that is a ton of work for something that could be avoided in the first place.

Yeah in 24 hours with this there is no need to wait, if you have servers that have people using them 24/7 you cant wait 24 hours to switch an IP.
