If his account would be limited, they would not had chargebacked on 3 transactions.

Yeah, I see where you're going with this.
It's obvious that he's been scamming heaps of members, but I suppose this report proves he wasn't :3

I would suggest posting this in his other scam reports to alert them they are not dealing with a compromised account :3
