[SOLVED]Pc making little buzzing sound when working on him[SOLVED]

So when pc is idle i don't hear that Buzz, its short and not loud, so i don't think its MB. I only notice this when i am scrolling pages or switching tabs... Also i only hear it when i lower my PC fan speed.
Any idea what could that be? Its annoying -.-

SOLVED

It was power saving option in BIOS. If you have same problem, disable power saving or something like that and it will stop buzzing -.-

I could of told you that, my laptop does that in sleep mode.
