I actually wrote all of this e-book myself.
Only thing that wasn't written by me is 2 workout routines which are in the e-book. I also have written some of my own routines which are also in there.

First of all, I was very scared to buy this eBook because I thought it wouldn't work and
also I thought it's just a chunk of public methods compiled into 1 eBook but it's not!
Very high quality eBook!
I really believe I will become shredded in a few months!

For ideal and maximum results I would suggest to stick to within the ebook you will find ways to stay motivated and faqs on a number of topics.
