Kotonoha no Niwa
From the same director of "5 Centimeters per Second"
Takao, who is training to become a shoemaker, skipped school and is sketching shoes in a Japanese-style garden. He meets a mysterious woman, Yukino, who is older than him. Then, without arranging the times, the two start to see each other again and again, but only on rainy days. They deepen their relationship and open up to each other. But the end of the rainy season soon approaches.
I personally am a big fan of these romance type movies, the animation looks great in the trailer even though it says its LQ, just hope its ass good if not better than 5 Centimeters per Second
Will update with subtitle video when its out
EDIT:

Great movie, gave off the same feel as 5 centimeters per second and i enjoyed that, but you do get a semi satisfying ending unlike centimeter per second witch basically gives a big fuck you (not really it just wasnt the ending i was hoping for but i guess thats what made it a great movie i guess)
in the end good it was a good story and a definite watch 9/10

I've had the subbed PV on my computer since February, so I uploaded it to vimeo and now I'm just waiting for it to convert or something youtube after converting it and hardcoding the subs.
Hopefully that works, I have no idea. It should be 1080p btw
This looks really really good. Do you think I might be able to find it online anywhere? If you do, could you be so kind as to point me in the right direction?
Edit: Never mind I found it on the pirate bay, here's the link if anyone else is interested: https://#.sx/torrent/8526012/The_Garden_of_Words_[Kotonoha_no_Niwa]_

Wow this looks beautiful, and very interesting. Definitely going to watch this soon.
Thanks for sharing it OP!
I also gotta check out "5 Centimeters per Second", I've never heard of it before. Edit: Wait' I've definitely read the Synopsis of "5 Centimeters per Second" on MAL before, I just never decided to watch it.
Wow, this director also did the Storyboard for ef - a tale of memories, I loved that show.

I just watched this movie yesterday. It's a far way from beating Makoto's previous work such as 5CM, but amazing still. It's the kind of movie that watching at anything lower than 1080p would pass off as criminal.
