Reboot and Select proper Boot device or insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key is what I get on my desktop it will turn on then after a few minutes restart and when it turns back on it will say that can anyone help.
I would say that you either have an issue with your hard drive, loose cable, or power supply... I recently worked on a computer that would have about a 50 percent chance of booting.. The other 50 percent it would say no boot disk... The power supply may not be giving enough or proper voltage to support the hard drive... I replaced the power supply and all was better.

Sounds like a similar problem...
Check, if you can see your hard drive in BIOS. Also check your booting priorities (HDD should be first).

This is a good way to find out where you stand on the issue at hand, though boot device order does not have to have HDD in slot one - It helps if having issues booting.

Please do that and then post full details on your current OS installed (XP, 7, 8, DUAL BOOTING ANYTHING, ETC).
If the harddisk doesn't appear in BIOS you have to open up the computer and check the data and power cable of your harddisk.
