Trying it gonna damage my phone ?
let me know
No it probably won't damage your phone. Just make sure you have latest drivers installed and everything is working and it probably won't stuck in there. But if it does it shouldn't damage anything :)

Well it worked till the final step!
the Desire z does not support the code.
I'll take a look on it again after a few days.

Did you choose the desire z at the beginning when it asked what device you had?

Yes I did, selected the full name of the phone (HTC Desire Z A7272)
It all worked as an charm except the last thing, the command
fastboot oem get_identifier_token
It gives the error code :
--
(bootloader) [ERR] Command error !!!
OKAY [ 0.017s]
finished. total time: 0.017s
--
Read on a forum that the device does not accept the command because it is an unknown command for the mobile.

DId you update the Hboot beforehand. The star next to the phone name in the choice list indicates it neds to have a new Hboot. Update that and im sure it will work. Otherwise its just a driver issue, use fastboot devices to check its connected in the first place.

No, I did not upgrade Hboot, tried it a few times but now I'll stop doing it and continue this when when I am free of work.
Thanks for the hint!

Download Link is not working.... Please fix this!
Download link isn't working, that's correct. Anyway, google isn't too hard to use tho,
here is a fast working download link http://download.cnet.com/SuperOneClick/3...51997.html
Anyway, if I get this tutorial work with my Huawei Ascend D1 Quad I will love you for making it!
I've tried a few tutorials with no luck, but now it seem to solve, not sure yet. Installing a VMWare
that runs Windows 7, hopefully it's only Windows 8 bugs.
Nozemi

But I love this root, I like that iOS jailbreaking programs are so simple too.
Not a random hate against Apple :D It's just that I've always been Android guy so I always prefer Android. Apple is pretty good and nothing against it ;)
