You are saying an i7-3930K can easily reach 5.0Ghz?

Man, I'm not going to get into this argument because I feel like it is pointless speaking/advising/talking to you as you don't seem to actually listen to what people are saying. I will explain briefly. I know this is pointless because you have already purchased, but what the hell.

When they are both at the same speed. AS in both overclocked, there is literally no performance difference outside the margin of error. The 3930k would perform slightly better some tests and the 70X better in some, by 1-2%. Complete margin of error.

It has been said by many experts, that it is a complete waste of money.

To answer your question, LOL was my first response. Secondly, yes the 3930k has been pushed to much higher speeds.

i7-3930K has a stock speed of 3.2GHz, while the 70X has a stock speed of 3.5GHz. Whatever who cares anyway, you may be right but yes, I still want it for that 5% and the name.

I'm going to start the actual build by tomorrow, gonna be posting pictures at that time.

Stock speed doesn't matter lol. You want it for the name which is fine, that's your choice.

That 5% you speak of though is non existent

5% at stock speed xD
Thanks for your contribution to proving me wrong
Watercooling loop has been installed. Also the 360 RAD fitted just fine. Installed PSU, SSD, basically everything except RAM and GPU.
Going to buy the first of 2x GTX770's right now, and fire the system up. Will post pics asap.

how did you fit 360 rad in the stryker?
Just thinking that when this is fully built and the Benchmarks are posted, Zankza is gonna be PISSED.

Magic xD
Kidding. Basically, the stryker is open for around half the fan on top. I removed the other half carefully, so the fan was competely clear on top. I screwed the screws with some I'm not sure how they're called, uhm extenders with 2 holes, so in 1 hole it was the rad, the other top of case. Didn't have to remove the handle at all.

Performs perfectly, airflow is good. You kind of trash the x-dock tho, if you forget to plug in the sata and power cable first, afterwards, you won't have space. Also for the first bay, you need to use something that doesn't use much space in depth, for me it was the PSU fan controller which was less than 5cm deep.
Are you taking pics of parts seperated? I dont leik that >.< Yu could take picture of ur progress. Not every single part...

On my way to my retailer now to buy a GTX770.
Holy shit. After 48 hours of debugging, testing, installing OSes, messing around with boot tables, RAM and VGA configurations, wiping disks, reinstalling windows around 16 times, the system is up and stable now. Finally.
