[JunkYard Dogg]

I remember my first impression of Vegeta from DBZ, I was like this guy just doesn't give a fuck about anything. He was always thinking about himself even though he sided with the good guys (mostly for personal gain)

[Dark Neko]

Light Yagami from Death Note he was a great villain.

[Black Reaper]

Light Yagami from Death Note he was a great villain.

He was expecting some of this:

[William - Future Hacker]

Mainstream wise I'd say someone like Blackbeard, Akainu, Orochimaru, Madara and Ulqiorra.

My personal favorite though is Madara Uchiha, even though a lot of people hate Naruto, you have love Madara. He's just a badass mother fucker that does what he wants.

Ohhh, can't forget Team Rocket either! ;)

[Dropbox]

my most favorite anime villain has to be team rocket, and those bad guys from dragon ball at the start

[Nam Duong]

Probably the Yato clan members from Gintama, just because of Kamui <3 Not sure if he's considered a villain, but still awesome in my book.

[Nonon Jakuzure]

Definitely Action Bastard's nemesis from Shin Chan.

This motherfucker, or simply Charles Zi Britannia.

Charles Zi Britannia.

[Black Hole]

Is Kyubey an anime villain? If so, I pick that guy.

[B0$$]

My personal favorite and the ONLY anime I watched : Light Yagami from Death Note

[Timberwolf]

Personally, I think Segai from Guilty Crown was an interesting villain.

[Omshivam]

Naraku from InuYasha. His English VA always sent chills down my spine when I watched InuYasha when I was younger. His baboon costume was creepy too. He would always work in the dark and never do the dirty work himself but would send others to do it. He always had sinister plans and didn't care who he used to achieve his goal.

[ander]

Ulquiorra from Bleach was such a badass villain. Too bad he didn't get that much screentime

I personally like Arlong from one piece I always thought he was kinda cool until Luffy beat his ass in the ground :P of course Luffy always does that
