Would anyone teach me the steps on changing a Dynamic IP address? I'm currently wireless as well.
Sorry if this is where I shouldn't be posting a thread, this seemed like it was most suiting.
I'd appreciate if someone could help me out

How would I figure this out?
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/34.0.1847.137 Safari/537.36
I have a password on my OWN router, my router is Fre**** II Wireless Connection, I put in a password.

The only way to change your public IP address is to call your ISP and request a new one or totally unplug your router for sometime (can be 2 minutes like it could be 4 hours or a whole day) and then plug it back and hope that your ISP will have assigned you a new IP address.

So just leave it unplugged for a while? Will that most likely work?

Yes.
If it doesn't work after 5 minutes, leave it unplugged a bit longer.

Yep, what Aura said.

You'll have to call your ISP or leave it unplugged for a way longer period of time OP.

Thank you for your time. is the ISP lenient with changing IP's? or will he be conspicuous about why I am doing this?

Some ISPs will change it without asking questions, but most of them will most likely ask you why. Well, why do you want to change your IP Address ?
