No, it's not fraud nor blackhat, It's just fucking over app creators and skimping them out of money, which I guess is fraud. It's like charge backing on paypal, when you do it you're not committing fraud. Apple has a system built in to get your money back due to kids going ham on games and racking up the bill on their parents credit cards'

And Thats is ?? .. And sorry a lot of people do "charge backs on paypal to do scam" Mostly of them used VPN / Proxy (So its blackhat). In that thing, "Chargeback" is not considered blackhat (Since in RL life, when you buy something you have 7-20 or 30 days to back the item, and get refunded.. Always shipping back the item in perfect status. But what's happen if you do it on internet???? You play on some apps, make money inside, spend them to "obtain advantage" and sell to others on internet, then do that, you go out with money from other users and App creators won't see a single penny? LMAO. Thats fraud and blackhat activity. I guess someone with the "e-Book, should give to Staff or omni, to know if its involving Social Engineering or any fraud / blackhat method-activity.
