HOW TO NOT GET ISP DOXED

It's simple, you can call and tell your ISP to only allow you (with a special verification method) to be given info.
I work for one.

ive had notes on my account , pin number & sq and still was isp doxed & my isp denies giving out my information . yet they told me two calls were placed that i did not make 20 minutes prior to me being swatted.

Exactly J doesn't seem to understand a note means nothing to social engineers like me who've been doing it for years, a note won't stop jack shit this is from experience doing more then just shitty isp doxing this shits been around since 0'3 mitnick doxed isps back when everyone had dial up rofl.
Or use a weird local ISP, makes it harder to SE
It's not a note that's put on there, it's one name, and a special verification method.
You guys make this shit seem easy. So stop. It really isn't.
Again, I work for one, so you won't get info as easily as you think.

It really is sorry to say any ISP customer could be doxed with just limited info as just the ip all it is is knowing the systems and sounding convincing maybe a small local isp cant be doxed since it isn't a big company but people could still even get lucky and get some info by pretending to be a cop and subpoenaing the info

Your ISP changes also lol? 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂

This is smart and can add that extra layer of security but we are still humans. If someone can sound convincing enough they will get through. Tons of people have employee IDs so they will just use that to their advantage to get through. This is still a smart method but that idea of sounding convincing enough to the employee he/she will have no reason to question you.
This method might add just a bit more protection to your info but there is always going to be a way around these things. Just start at the source and hide your ip at all costs and don't sit on a stupid isp like comcast lol.
1) This wouldn't work if your attacker is a decent social engineer.
2) There are other ways to obtain ISP customer records besides calling in...
