Truecrypt Alternative

Hello all,

So I have been informed TrueCrypt is not safe anymore for several reasons.
Anyone has some good suggestions what is best to use as a alternative?

Regards,

Honestly it isn't safe to use, they even left a message on there website that the NSA has modified it for there purposes - Its a theory but its strongly believed to be true.

I suggest using DiskCryptor - https://diskcryptor.net/wiki/Main_Page
What about veracrypt guys?
Any opinions?
+1 on DiskCryptor if you don't trust 7.1a

I don't trust it as much(I should also mention this based on information from a few months ago so I don't know if they have become trustworthy).

If you are only crypting single files, then I also recommend AxCrypt
Use bit locker as an alternative it works extremely well

Many people say not to use bitlocker since that's what "they" want you to use..
Anyway I went for DiskCryptor, I've put my trust in them xD

Sigh, wake up everything is backdoor most likely and privacy is an illusion. You are still using Windows,Google and your ISP products. Bit locker is just as safe to use as any of the others, if you have something that you are worried about them being able to decrypt it then I got news for you buddy... You probably have bigger things to worry about and are already on their watch list.
