Wallet mining fee when sending has been reduced by 1000x (0.1 OMC to 0.0001 OMC)

It's rarely required and doesn't really make a difference at the current network scale.

I'm not sure what happened, but I rebooted the server and it's back up again.

It went down at 04:24:31 AM CST and I didn't have my phone with me to notify / wake me of the issue. Only had 5 hrs, 23 mins of downtime.

It's back up and appears to be running fine again.

I plan to come out with an entirely new API for the site that will come out when the site overhaul is done. I've worked on it some but haven't gotten around to finishing everything. I might get it done sometime this summer, although it depends greatly on my workload.

I'm having problems accessing the website without my browser, I'm using Ruby, tried both httparty and net/http to load the website but both are giving me errors when using https, using the api in http mode worked once, but I can't get it to work again (no idea why).
The error I'm getting:
Code
OpenSSL::SSL::SSLError: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed
Is there something wrong with the SSL certificate or what???
