You're asking if I sent the full amount? Yeah I did, the amount typed was $65. Did PayPal took some fees? Yeah they did and that's out of my control.

You then decided to refund the amount because PayPal took fees out of it and the money is no longer accessible by nobody. So you are at fault here and you assumed it in a public thread but can't assume it in a PM lulz. Assume yourself kid, you lost for being idiotic.
