How to achieve the proper mindset to becoming rich & wealthy (My Personal Methods)

Please leave a reply so others can also view this content

So another common thing I hear a lot in my PMs and when talking to people is how do I get started on the road to success? Well everyone has a different answer to this but here is a few things I do every day (or nearly that of).

First however I will explain the difference between being rich and being wealthy. For starters ANYONE can be rich, well anyone who applies themselves. Not everyone can be wealthy. Being rich is what it sounds like, having a lot of money. Being wealthy however is having a constant influx of money to continue to grow and furnish your riches.

A man can be rich and have no wealth and a man can have wealth but no riches. These are the terms in how I explain them and I make sure to understand the difference. Wealth is long term riches are short term.

Now then, here is what I do every day to gear towards the right attitude. This is advice I've gathered from others as well as myself.

1) Believe that you are rich. If you want to be successful in business you're rich before you even begin. What am I talking about? Your MIND. Yes that's cheesy I know, but your mind is your greatest asset. You MUST use it. Train it, expand it, and use it. Those are the big three.
Here is a great business book I would recommend:
http://eventualmillionaire.com/Resources...owRich.pdf

It has a chapter which it recommends you read aloud to yourself every day, basically if you believe that you're rich already and will become wealthy then you will. Psychology does play a role whether your believe it or not I do.

2) The first and last thing I see is money. Yeah I want money and a lot of it. To make sure I'm constantly pushing my brain to think about it from the minute I wake up to the minute I go to sleep. Hopefully it carries on throughout the night but I'm no scientist. Okay so you're wondering what I mean right? Well yeah I literally meant the last and first thing I see is money, I tape a $100 bill to the wall beside my pillow so it's the first thing I see every morning and the last thing I see every night.
I'll even add a picture if you don't believe me.

If having benjamin staring into your face is uncomfortable you can always face the back out.

3) Always make your last meeting of the day the BEST one. Now I can't cite who I got this from because I can't remember exactly but it was some pretty good advice to follow. Basically it states the last meeting you have is the MOST IMPORTANT meeting you will have all day. Now you're probably thinking "Well I don't have business meetings" that doesn't matter and you missed the point. Your last meeting of the day is RIGHT before you go to sleep. The last person you see, meet, talk with. That's your last meeting and whether they give you a positive or negative influence is going to override anything else that happened throughout the entire day and sit with you all night. So what do you do? Make your last meeting your most important, make it with a positive influence. If it's a negative influence explain to them that they need to become a positive one.

These are the 3 key things I do every day (or close too)

especially pertaining to point #2.
that capitalistic inception typically leads to poor judgement and unhealthy obsessive activity.

It's unhealthy if you don't want that lifestyle sure. If you can control yourself, your desire, your emotions then you're fine. Actually you're great.

I understand this isn't for everyone just as the life they choose is not for me.

I've made a thread on Tai Lopez before you should read it. Tai may be a con but he is lucrative and influential. Also if you don't believe in the power you can find in books that's foolish.

the problem is control becomes exponentially harder as your dopamine levels fluctuate.
at a point of economic growth, no human being can control their desire and keep a level head.
it's the poison of greed.

I understand you want to advance, as you've been taught growing up in a capitalistic society, however you should stop and think about every action you make before you make it.
monetary gain makes people blind to their own better judgement, statistically.

Very true but like I said this is for people who want this lifestyle.
If you can't control it then you risk losing yourself in it.

I understand where you're coming from but this is the lifestyle I choose and that I want therefor I will proceed full force into it.
I apologize then.
you should just include a section detailing how to achieve discipline in the process.

I saw this thread as boiling down to "disregard all things not monetary, and at the end of the day money and people who will help you make money are all that matters"

my mistake :)

No partly my bad as well.
I would not tell anyone to find happiness in money I want money to do things that make me happy.
It's a bit to much, but yeah I understand some of it.
I prefer keeping eyes open for opportunities instead of money, but obviously I'll get money
off that opportunity.

By looking at money you're not thinking of money per say I should have worded that better. You're thinking of how to make money, ideas, opportunities, assets, etc.
Did you not understand anything specifically? I'd be more than happy to talk to you in private to explain.

Tl;dr is:
1) Believe you are rich (BECAUSE YOU ARE) & train your brain
2) Start thinking as a businessman/entrepreneur from the minute you wake up
3) make sure the last person you see is encouraging

Oh.. I see now. Thoseare good tips.
However, I warn all to be cautoius with the first step.
Even if you/we are rich, rich people spend first in needs(a low car/ a investment) and than in luxury(a 200+$ watch, but only after payng all debts and employees ) some mistake the first step and do the exact opposite.
