"Others toil their entire lives to make a name for themselves, some are just born LEGENDS."

Hey all!

On behalf of Legends, I'd like to present our education helpdesk. We're here to answer any and all of your academic problems, whether you attend high school, college, or university.

Do note that this is NOT a homework completion service. We will NOT be completing assignments or projects for you. Do not contact us if this is what you're looking for. We're here to offer advice on education more generally, and to try and help you out with anything in school you may be struggling with.

Not at that I know of, I'll ask in the sf.
Any chance someone can let me know where I went wrong on this Laplace IVP? I have looked at it a few dozen times and there has got to be a sign error or some other small error somewhere in there.

you only forgot a - sign on the last term.
it's: y(t) = 1/6 + 1/3e^-t - 1/2e^(-2t) cos(sqrt(2)t) - sqrt(2)/3*e^-2t sin(sqrt(2)t)
