So I've dealt with about five copyright strikes since I started my channel "Drop Zone" in 2016. I've always won and got my video back up and the strike removed because I always make sure that I am allowed to use the track before I post it or any remix/variation of the track. Last week I received a copyright strike take-down notice and I just did what I usually do. I went to https://www.youtube.com/music_policies just to double check. I saw the track was allowed to be used but it was blocked in hundreds of countries. This wasn't like that before. It wasn't blocked anywhere. Either way, if it was blocked, I'd still have the right to use it. It would just be muted in those countries. I didn't really care since that song was uploaded like 5 days before they took it down.
Here is the song for those of you who want to check it out.

I believe that I am still right in this case. I'm not sure if to re-submit the counter.
If someone with a lot of Youtube experience can help me out here or give me some advice that would be great :)

Hi Drop Zone:
Due to a copyright takedown notice that we received, we had to take down your video from YouTube:
Video title: Hallelujah - Pentatonix (Osias Remix)
Video url: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8ALLxrLaAk
Takedown issued by: Patrik Sivák
This means that your video can no longer be played on YouTube.
You received a copyright strike
You now have 1 copyright strike. If you get multiple copyright strikes, we’ll have to disable your account. To prevent that from happening, please don’t upload videos containing copyrighted content that you aren’t allowed to use. This is what I told them in the counter notification:

According to Youtube's music policies, I'm allowed to use this song. I didn't even use the original song. It was a remix of the song. I thoroughly searched the YouTube Music Policies section & did not find anything about this song saying that I wasn't allowed to use it. I don't mind removing the video. The song is blocked in multiple countries, but a strike was not necessary since the song was still allowed to be used.
I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, the judicial district in which YouTube is located, and will accept service of process from the claimant. And this was their reply:

Dear Drop Zone,
Thank you for your counter notification.
Based on the information you provided, it appears that you do not have the necessary rights to post the content on YouTube. Therefore, we regretfully cannot honor your request. It has not been forwarded to the original claimant, and we will not be able to restore your video.
To learn more about copyright, you may visit YouTube’s Copyright Center.
Keep in mind that copyright strikes expire after three months, as long as you complete Copyright School.
We unfortunately are unable to assist further in this matter.
- The YouTube TeamI believe that I am still right in this case. I'm not sure if to re-submit the counter.
