Age: 23 How many hours a day do you spend on HF? I usually keep the tab open and browse HF every few minutes while I'm working at my comp. I would say 6+ hours of on/off browsing Define your expectations for the group: I have very big expectations for the leadership and owner of the group. I trust that they'll be doing their best to maintain the group's purpose and I would expect everyone in the group to be actively helping out the community to the best of their abilities. Why do you want to join? A group full of individuals who are altruistic would help not only me grow as a person, but would also help the entire community and I would like to be a part of that. List at least (3) of your most active sections with both threads and posts you have contributed. Nothing really stands out for me currently besides a few high quality posts mixed in with a lot of lounge posts. However, I've only become active recently these past few months and will be starting to contribute/help more in the community. How often can you make meaningful posts like the ones above? It would depend on the topics I am interested in, but to ballpark I can make 8 long and helpful posts daily. Why do you help others? There was a time period in my life where I had no one to turn to for help or support. I was in pain, I was directionless, motivated, and suicidal, but I wanted to keep trying in hopes of a better life. I am definitely helping outside of a group, but having a group will allow me to get help myself if I need to help someone else. I imagine it to be a good gathering spot for experts in certain fields and I believe the group will make a great name for itself quickly. Why do you want to join? I believe I can be a helpful member and I would love to contribute to a group in this way as it is most of what I do here on HF. I know how bad it feels to not know something, seek an answer and not get one. I want to increase the amount of support given here on the forum. Hosting How often can you make meaningful posts like the ones above? As often as possible if I find a question I can answer as high quality as possible. Why do you help others? As stated above, I know what it's like to need help. If I can do something to assist someone with something that has got them asking for help I will. Thank you for the consideration!

Why do you want to join?:Honestly tired of groups with no clear objective. Groups where we do nothing but shitpost in the lounge. Hoping to join this group so that we can actually make shit happen. Give groups a meaning again, rather than being a UB List at least (3) of your most active sections with both threads and posts you have contributed. Free GFX Services I love doing graphics, even if I may not be the best. Nothing makes me happier than reading a "Thanks man, I really needed this for my _" or whatever. I'm always trying to improve.
SRPP My second most active section. I love posting here, even if it is riddled with trolls. I was a debater in middle school, and has spent a good deal of my life talking about and debating on topics. So I always love to present topic to debate in this section. I always try to use topics that will spark a debate and get minds going.
Lounge Let's face it. Lounge is HF's most popular section. As I said, I greatly enjoy chatting and discussing and the majority of those discussions come from Lounge.
Why do you help others?:Because I enjoy their reactions. I have hosted 3 or 4 contest. Maybe more. And upgraded some users. Money is tight now so I can't upgrade or do contest right now, but I plan on going back to doing it in the future. I think everyone been at a low point before, if you can help a person get through it, you should. Life is hard man, everyone needs a hand. How often can you make meaningful posts like the ones above? Depends on when i can help, there might not always be questions i can help with, but i can help a few times a week. Why do you help others? I enjoy helping others because i feel better about myself that i can be the reason they accomplish what they were going for so they can keep going. I also just enjoy helping people and share my knowledge as i stated before. |
