Long story short, I sold him a method on how to get COD: Infinite Warfare for free, the method didn't work for him for whatever reason.
It personally works for me and multiple other people as well.
I honestly couldn't care less about the 5$ but the fact that he even threatened to open a dispute on me is hilarious, then proceed to chargeback for $5.
I'm gonna refund him, but just wanted to let you guys know. I'll close this thread if decides to change his mind.
Hope you get the point of this thread is to help others avoid his asshat from bullshit.

I really wouldn't recommend dealing with this user whatsoever, he also demanded a refund from another user, he'll just chargeback whatever you sell him.

I don't know how the conversation went, but imo, I have every right to chargeback if the method didn't work on me. That being said, if you already offered him a refund, then that would be ridiculous.

I never offered a refund, also states in my thread that there are no refunds whatsoever.

No, you don't chargeback if it doesn't work. Always contact the seller first. Chargebacks should be a last resort.

Ok so i bought your "method to get call of duty for free". It was patched the same exact day i bought it. I had to wait to download the game which was 60gb so it took me about two days. When i tried it in game it did not work anymore. i asked you for a refund but you said no. Why would i pay you 5 dollars for something that was patched the day i got it? Why didnt you msg me with a refund as soon as it was patched knowing i had bought it a few hours before it was patching knowing i wouldnt be able to use it? Your method was literally 1.download the free trial of the game. 2. when it says trial is over press cancel. 3. you can continue playing. since its patched i can talk about this method. It was simply patched and doesnt work and i told you so. You wouldnt help me so paypal did.

When buying you agreed to his TOS , no matter what if you break that your breaking a legal contract in the eyes of it being official, however it is $5 and its hf . Not much you can do but cry on both sides

Yes, if he chargedback without contacting you, that's something, but if you and him had talked and you denied a refund, it's just unfair.

I understand your TOS says you won't give refunds. Your TOS applies only if you are giving a working method. The buyer claims the method was patched before he could use it on the exact day he purchased. Maybe it was valid when it was sold, but it didn't seem to work in an unreasonable amount of time.
You're correct, he hasn't provided proof, but no one seemed to dispute the method didn't work.
You refunded him, which I see as the right choice, so no real reason to argue about this I suppose.

He was just unlucky with the method and OP should not need to refund this at all. Anyway I think OP should offer 50% discount. Now since he paid it back the buyer should pay 50% back in my opinion. He still used the method.
