This is a response to his deal dispute which he locked and I couldn't reply to

Saw Fade's thread asking for a web developer, so I went ahead and PM'd him.

Afterwards, we took it over to Skype where the deal was made, which said $400 for a website based on a list I was given and that I wouldn't touch the design at all.
Fade offered me a partnership for less than $400, but I refused and therefore agreed only for $400.
Fade - I was in constant contact with him, pointing out the details to have desired results.
Thiizic - My payment was coming from him.
Robot - I didn't even know Robot existed since he was never involved with the project.

When the list was coming to an end, Robot PM'd me on Discord offering me another deal.
I would continue developing the website for free, and in return I would get 10% of his shares. At this very point the website looks like this, has everything that was requested at the time:

I agreed.

From this point on, I'm developing the website for free until it's launched, and Robot took advantage of that by constantly asking for stupid changes, therefore delaying the project a big time. Instead of fixing bugs and pentesting, I spent my time changing the layout 100 times because it didn't look exactly like he wanted it when everyone else said it was perfect.
We were to launch months ago, but because of his stupidity the website is still not considered launched, which cost me I don't even know how much since I had to give up on other projects in order to work on this for free all these months.

At a later point, to enrich the offer he told me he would kick Fade and Thiizic from the team, so that it would be our project. According to him, Fade wasn't involved with the project at all, and he would just buyout Thiizic.
I wasn't going to mention this, but he decided to take my work and spoil my name so he deserves it.

After some months, I told him the period of grace is over. The website has been tested many times, people gave us their feedback and everyone likes it, so it's about time we launch. He refused and then started threatening me like a 10 year old such as he will find another dev for it, or that he will take me to court (not even joking about this one, I'd show a SS if he hadn't kicked me from the Discord channel). So after about 2 hours of arguing and me pointing out the facts, he came to reasoning (or sort of).
Without saying anything, when nobody was prepared and the other 2 team members were offline, he goes and publishes a thread here on HF saying that we have officially launched.
After a second argument, he decides to junk it.

So at this point everything looks good and I'm asking to schedule a launch so we can do it right this time. Again, he refuses to launch because "the website is not complete" and gives me a list of stuff he wants done. I was obviously not going to spend any more working hours since he was delaying the launch again and we had to launch. I told him I would complete his whole list, but for $80. He says he doesn't have that much and offers me $40 instead. I told him I'm doing it for $80 because $80 is shit itself, or we're launching. After saying that he revoked my access from everywhere and kicked me from the Discord channels.

So he's left with my work and I'm here making this dispute.
I wouldn't have bothered making it, but the guy keeps threatening me over PM's and spreads around that he paid me $400 for some shitty work.

Needless to say, the guy put nothing into this project.
The server is paid by his friend, the domain is paid by Fade, he only complained about everything and delayed the project because the font wasn't big enough.

If he disagrees with my thread then he can add me back to the channel so I can take a screenshot of the whole thing and let you guys be the judges.

This is a load of crap and you know it.

You were offered a percentage of site income to continue it after the site was launched. That offer was for when all the modules were put in and as a motivation for you after 6 months of no progress.

That was how the site looked around 4-5 months ago which is a free/paid/cheap theme and we paid for a website to be developed. The only thing the game had at the point of that screenshot was how it looks - none of the games were done, no bets could be made, no deposits could be made, no stats, no contact, no admin, chat was buggy, leaderboard wouldn't load and overall the site couldn't hold more than 3 people looking at it without crashing.

The Game types listed in the screenshot are purely there for cosmetics - This is one of the very first screenshots we sent you on how we would like it done.





Sorry but this is nothing like that and didn't work - 4 months of progress for this.

Profiles/Open on click of username in chat, could be an iframe of just like bitarena.co/user/new001 (if that makes it easier or if you know a better way) live recent games list somewhere on the main page, could fill some space at the bottom under lobbies. Sort of needs to be 'there' as it advertises activity
Deposit history to avoid complaints about long deposit times.

Also, you fail to understand that the $400 I received was for the list I was given back then.
Everything after that is because you promised a share.

And I'm not sure why you keep bringing up the refund, the money isn't even yours. I'm more than willing to take this with Thiizic and Fade and keep your backstabbing ass out of it.

Furthermore, what's your point with the screenshot? You gave me that when you wanted me to picture the layout while making it. You kept asking for changes even after I made it like in the picture, which is what you asked for.

Last but not least, it wouldn't have been 4 months if you didn't continuously make me add and remove the same things because hell knows.

EDIT: You're lying about how the game wasn't functioning with the free template you gave me (since I wasn't supposed to do the design). I still have that version.

Tells us to launch when it's not complete so I tell him we can get someone else in to finish the job and he can 'take a break' and once it's up if he wants to continue work on it he can and still take my original offer of a percentage of site income.

He chooses to try charge another $80 to make changes that should have been on in the first month with everything else.
