It's interesting how it works since technically it wasn't a worm to begin with..
I have to admit in my opinion the part that makes me laugh is our government invented the program or the initial tool to use it.
A little ironic for them to get pissed at Snowden for releasing information, but they can't even keep the tools they use locked up.
