Description

User is selling AWS services here: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...id57796126 - before I purchased an EC2 account from him, I was sceptical because I had seen negative reviews about his service. Decided to risk $16.99 and 4 hours after I received the account, received the following message:

This account is currently blocked and not recognized as a valid account. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions.

Refuses to issue a refund:

This is nothing but a blatant scam, I wouldn't be opening this dispute if the account lasted a few months but it was not used for anything at all.

I am not questioning the authenticity of the AWS credit codes that he is selling because there are various methods available to retrieve these codes for free / a discounted rate.

Thanks for your comments. But let me tell everyone, this user is a confirmed scammer and opening a scam report against me because I clearly refused a refund as per my thread TOS. but I generously offered him a replacement which is no more on the table.

I sold 500+ AWS accounts on HF and those who use these accounts for illegal activities surely gets suspended. the same thing happened to him. no wonder.
and about the money part. I have 100 times what he paid for. and I'm not a scammer. but if users like him started harassing members like me by threating to damage the marketplace reputation and opening a baseless dispute thread. then, what purpose selling serves?

and just to be clear. no one can use the stolen credit cards with AWS. this user is out of his mind and deserves a ban.

And why would that be? Obviously it's possible to use stolen credit cards anywhere credit cards are accepted. But no need to get into that discussion.

He can't provide anything. because all the contracts he had has open disputes.

I honestly feel bad when the retards like OP use the dispute as a medium to tarnish the seller's marketplace reputation.
I know there is enough mechanism in the place already and HF does not endorse any deals or take responsibility for the claims arising out of any deal whatsoever. but I really wish If something could be done in this regard. like a fact-finding commission instituted by Admin. but well, that's just me. and since I'm legit. I'm not really caring about such users labeling me a scammer.

HF is evolving and so is its marketplace. and I expect something positive along the line would land in favor of sellers soon.  🤝
