Seriously, as a security guard, I dont give one flying fuck if you lost your access card or not, I DO care if it get used by someone OTHER THAN YOU to gain unauthorized entry however.
- I am going to bitch a hell of a lot more over that condition rather than cutting you a new card...

- Scared or not, any employer, or people in general appreciate when you can man up and take accountability for your actions, especially when you fuck up.

I would be genuinely surprised if you lost your job because of this. We're all human beings and these things happen. Just be straightforward with your employers and make it clear that it won't happen again.

It's a bit embarrassing already, can feel OP so much lol.

Also the only reason you would get fired if your manager/ceo is just extremely crazy or you did something wrong and he already hates you so much, you may want to say you are able to pay for new keys in the store or some shit.
