Our sun isn't nearly large enough to become a black hole. Sun's core would collapse and the extra heat this generates would cause outer layers to expand, then red giant phase would begin, but in the end it will become a white dwarf.

Ikr. Between 200 and 400 billions stars and a 100 billion planets, 1 billion of them are earth like planets and that's only in the Milky way!
