I went in to the Gun store yesterday and they were sold out of most AR’s and had only 3 AKs on the shelf.

It’s crazy how that sentence can be a mind boggled for someone in a country where defending yourself is frowned upon, no offense at all I just love my guns.

I don't think its frowned upon in any country to defend yourself. Its just different countries have different things. For example in the UK we just like to stab eachother. Its more fun!

I am not betting our life but I guess we are all good in here and for the 10 years we were living in here I guess there's nothing to worry about :)

No, it didn't occur to me to buy a gun. Mainly because I'm assuming people were buying them left and right due to the hostilities across the country, but I instead welcome the challenge of some idiot breaking in or threatening me.

The firing range is pretty fun. That's really the only reason I'd ever buy a gun

A ton of people have been stocking up. I live across the street from a gun store. The first 1-2 months of COVID they had a 10-20 person line out the door during their hours of operation. Even today they still have a crowd people waiting outside for them to open. It isn't as busy as March/April but it is busier than December/January/February (months before COVID).

Yeah, going somewhere and shooting at targets is fun
and i have done that but i simply don't want to buy one
because i live in a small city and there are not much people
that have the balls to even get a gun.
If someone tries to do something to me with a knife... oh boy
